Eat more plants.

There is no diet that will do what eating healthy does. Skip the diet. Just eat healthy.

Eat: vegies, poultry, nuts, fish, eggs, fruit, seeds, pork, beef, and healthy fats.

Don’t eat: dairy, soy, legumes, grains, sugar, alcohol, starches, or processed foods.
