The Glowing Green Smoothie

2 cups of water

1/2 head organic spinach

1 head organic romaine lettuce

1/2 organic lemon, juiced

3 to 4 sticks of organic celery

1 organic banana, peeled

1 organic pear

1 organic apple

herbs (basil, cilantro, etc. – optional)

Step 1: Fill your blender with two cups of water, the spinach, and the romaine and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Add the celery, apple, pear, and herbs (if you are using) and again blend until smooth.

Step 3: Add the banana and lemon juice and blend again.

Step 4: Pour and enjoy. Drink it fresh.
