1. Know the time of day you work best.
2. Block out time on your calendar for specific tasks.
3. Prioritize and learn how to say NO!
4. Set boundaries.
5. Negotiate. What tasks can be flexible?
6. Get off Facebook. And turn off the TV.
7. Be kind to yourself.
