HubSpot: Why You Might Want to Try More Twitter Automation
Most Twitter accounts that have millions of followers feature celebrities, well-known media outlets, sports teams, and the like.
A handful of accounts – such as @OMGFacts with 5.3 million followers, @BreakingNews with 5.2 million, @NoteBook with 4.1 million, and @WhatTheFFacts with 3.2 million – break this rule.
How did they get so many followers? The answer is simple: automation of high quality content.
Do you want more followers, then post 22 tweets per day and tweet more links.
If you want more retweets (which help attract more followers), feature links in 60 to 80% of your tweets.
