Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you can.
Form a walking club of coworkers to help you stay motivated to walk during the workday.
Park your car in the farthest parking space and walk to the front door of your office, stores, or schools.
Make appointments with yourself for 15-minute walking breaks.
Go dancing instead of seeing a movie. Yeah, dance, dance, dance!
Do arm curls, squats, lunges, and sit-ups while you’re watching TV.
Take a family walk around the neighborhood after eating dinner.
