I am going to order this book. It better work. I have 80 lbs to loose. Been interested in what Dr Oz says on what to eat and do, but a friend just told me today that her physician told her to do this diet for her high blood pressure. She is very fit and practically does this food intake, daily. I need weightloss now. Let you know, if works for me. Has anyone lost alot of lbs with this? HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY
