4 Ways to Drink More Water

If you need to drink more water (and most Americans need to drink more water), here are four ways to begin drinking more water, starting today!

Drink water with every meal, especially at the start of the meal.

Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day. Sip whenever you are thirsty.

When you’re craving sweets, drink a big glass of water. It will tamp down the craving.

Add fruit to your water pitcher for an added bonus. Or mint, cucumbers, even tomatoes.
