7 Habits for Successful Weight Loss
1. Eat at home more often.
2. More vegetables and fruits.
3. Eliminate sugary drinks.
4. Move daily: dance, swim, hike, run, yoga etc.
5. Eat smaller portions.
6. Do dessert rarely.
7. Nothing after 6:00 p.m.
AND . . . Eat well, move daily, hydrate often, sleep lots, and love your body.
