During the 2012 Vice Presidential Debate, Joe Biden acted the part of the clown: laughing, smirking, interrupting – and acting the part of the drunk uncle. He shamed the office of the vice president by treating Paul Ryan as a joke.
But the joke was on Biden – because he became the joke.
