Number 4 and 5 totally nailed it. As a virtual assistant, it’s important that very clear instructions are provided prior to doing any tasks so expectations are met with an equal amount of certainty and/or clarity. And VAs aren’t omniscient beings, don’t expect them to know everything even if they tell you that they do. Sometimes it pays to check if they really know how to do what you’re asking them to do before leaving them with a task and expect grade A disaster after 24 hours.
