
Here are four slim-down secrets from the stars, featuring singers Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, Ellie Goulding, and Carly Rae Jepsen (from the February, 2013 issue of Self Magazine).
Alicia Keys – I’ll drop down and do 100 push-ups just to feel strong. I’ll even do it when I’m fully dressed.
Carrie Underwood – I watch my salt intake. It helps me shed extra water-weight.
Ellie Goulding – I try to do 150 sit-ups every day. Only 50 of those are productive, which is why I do a lot!
Carly Rae Jepsen – When I’m on tour, I run the stairs at arena venues. The crew must think I’m nuts.
